Frame

T-shaped side sections made from Ø 40 x 2 mm tube steels, connected by soldering, welded together with the 60 x 30 x 2 mm oval tube crossbeam. The welded connection has been covered with black plastic caps.

Frame surfaces

Standard version of the side sections, side bars and crossbeam: powder-coated in black, optionally powder-coated according to the BRUNE^® collection.

Seat and back support

Ergonomically shaped perforated sheet metal (approx. 2 mm thick). Perforation pattern: 3 mm Ø spaced in distances of 6 mm. The perforated rows are offset diagonally. Seats and back supports are welded to the frame at the side brackets (concealed welding joints). Side brackets made from 22 x 2 mm tubular steel tubes. Seat screwed to the transversal beam with a U-shaped fastening clip.

Upholstery

Seat and back padding for seats in perforated steel, fabric cover according to the BRUNE^® collection, fabric categories 3, 4, 6, 7 or 8.

Seat cushion foam: SG/CH 35/50 approx. 25 mm thick
Back cushion foam: SG/CH 35/50 approx. 15 mm thick
SG = specific gravity, weight per m³ | CH = compression hardness

Table top

Table top made from perforated sheet metal, 45 x 45 cm.
