Frame

Side parts made of die-cast aluminium, crossbar made of oval tube 80 x 40 x 3 mm. Crossbar screwed to the side parts with clamping shells.
Standard version base A free-standing. Optionally with holes for floor mounting. 
Standard version base B for floor mounting. Optionally wall brackets made of formed sheet metal, 4 mm wall thickness.

Note: As standard, we supply UR-Z 10/80 with Torx screws and white cover caps for floor mounting. 
For wall mounting, we supply Hilti HST 10/10 safety anchors, 90 mm long. Installation with this anchor may only be carried out in reinforced normal concrete with a strength class of at least B25 and maximum B55 according to DIN 1045: 1998-07. We do not supply mounting materials for other wall materials.
The client is responsible for checking the wall and floor conditions regarding stability and suitability. BRUNE® GmbH assumes no liability for improper installation. 

Frame Finish

Crossbar standard black powder-coated, aluminium parts standard brushed, optionally crossbar and aluminium parts color powder-coated according to BRUNE^® collection.

Seat + Back Perforated Sheet Metal

Seat and back made of ergonomically shaped perforated sheet metal, approx. 2 mm thick, hole diameter 2 mm, diagonally offset at intervals of 3 mm. Outer edges with reinforced steel casing, rolled outwards and spot-welded. Seat and back standard black, optionally powder-coated according to BRUNE^® collection. Fastened with 4 Allen countersunk screws M5 each into welded spot nuts.

Seat + Back Beech Plywood

Seat and back made of ergonomically shaped beech plywood, 10 mm thick, multiply glued, optionally seat and back upholstered. Fastened with 4 Allen countersunk screws M5 each into bright zinc-plated sleeve nuts (unupholstered) or drive-in nuts (upholstered).

Wood Finish

Wooden parts standard beech clear lacquered with low-solvent water-based lacquer, optionally stained according to BRUNE^® collection.

Upholstery

Seat and back with optional pad upholstery, or seat with full upholstery.
Fabric cover according to choice from BRUNE^® collection, fabric group 3, 4, 6, 7 or 8.

Seat foam: RG/SH 40/70    approx. 20 mm thick
Back foam: RG/SH 35/50    approx. 10 mm thick
 

RG = bulk density per m³    SH = compression hardness 

Table Top

Table top 50 x 50 cm, for perforated sheet upper parts top in perforated sheet 45 x 45 cm, for plywood or upholstered upper parts top in plywood 20 mm thick. Tops plastic-coated and with plastic edge according to BRUNE^® collection.
