Classic shaped wood shells with a milled edge have been used for a long time to achieve comfortable flexibility. ALVO (Latin for waist) interprets in a new form the archetypes of acomfortable shaped wood shell. It combines the oscillation of the back rest with the aid of concave forming and creates a unique sense of sitting. The sophisticated structure of the metal frame is reminiscent of the Scandinavian tradition and has the potential to become a design classic.
